You can feel the love and attention that has been given to this garden, with its mature hedges, flowers and shrubs you can see its A garden that has not just been planted but a garden that has been created with care and thought. The new owners will for sure spend most of there time outside and they will for sure want to spend many hours enjoying this blissful haven.
The villa continues to impress as you enter the front door as you walk into a spacious living room with dining. The seating area is cosy yet spacious, the dining area is of a good size and is big enough to entertain visitors when the time arises. from this area you will enter the kitchen which has everything you need. Easy to use as work tops both sides, there is a kitchen door that then gives you access to another outside kitchen garden area which not many Spanish properties have. This is a perfect place to have your morning coffees. On this floor you will find also a down stairs bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests. Then you go to the second floor.
