There are always fees in addition to the house price. You must expect an increase of 12 – 14.5%. These fees include the Spanish state, registration fee, notarial fee and stamp duty.
Operating expenses vary with the size of the dwelling, the size of the common areas and the area in which the dwelling is located. You should calculate between 100 and 200 euros per month for maintenance, taxes and fees.
